Hello All, Many of you have been praying for my wife, Janet.
I want to thank you for your prayers. You need not pray for her any longer, for last night (Friday, July 8) she went to be with the Lord about 8:30.
Her labors, trials and tribulations are past! Down here we weep and can only dry our eyes, but Janet is in a place where "...God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away" (Rev. 21:4).
"We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord" (2 Cor. 5:8). "But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope" (1 Thess. 4:13).
Visitation is scheduled for the hours of 6 to 8 PM Monday evening (July 11th) at the Dowden Funeral Home, Heavener, Oklahoma. Graveside service will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday morning, July 12th, at the McAlvain Family Cemetery / Kennedy Cemetery 3 miles north of Wister, Oklahoma. Thank you, again, for your love and prayers! Curtis
Thank you Lord for using the Pugh's as You have done in Romania.
